Major FM Providers
SMOS acts as a consultant for two of the biggest UK names in Facilities Management (FM), advising on bid responses to the public sector and quality reviewing all bid documentation, with an outstanding success rate.
Dept. Of Health
The DoH was conducting a tender for the outsourcing of Facilities Management of its offices nationwide. SMOS was responsible for overseeing the creation of the ITT documentation, identifying areas with potential for savings, designing supplier selection criteria, leading the assessment of the responses, supplier selection, supplier debriefing and quality assurance of the contract.
Following the awarding of the contract SMOS was retained on an ad hoc consultancy basis to advise on the ongoing smooth operation of the contract.
Nuffield Hospitals
Nuffield Hospitals were outsourcing much of their FM function, and SMOS was contracted to advise on the process.
